Seeing God in Carlsbad Cavern National Park

The picture above is of a pillar-shaped rock inside a huge underground cave named Carlsbad Cavern National Park in New Mexico. It's an example of how God, like an artist, uses nature to develop, shape, color, and design nonliving objects as it pleases Him. But, when He created man, He "formed the man of dust from the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and the man became a living person (Genesis 2:7). Also, God made man (us) in His image: "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them" (Genesis 1:27).
That means like God, we have a personality. We are intelligent. We have emotions, and we have a will or can decide to make choices (Genesis 1:28).
We're not like animals, rocks, plants, and insects. We can say,
"I am awesomely and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139:24). Praise God also for choosing to make us binary (just two genders), either male or female. So, while Carlsbad Cavern is fascinating to us, we are awesomely attractive in God's eyes because He made us in His own image. And, "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8).
Blessinggs!
Praise His name!
