How Christ Will Look When He Returns

My friend Mike was asked by a youngster how will Christ look when He returns. He showed the boy Revelation 1:9-18.

I offered the following answer: Thanks Mike. That description portrays Christ as the priestly Judge of the 7 churches before the rapture and thus prior to His 2nd coming which is recorded in Revelation 19:11-16. There, His appearance is different from Revelation 1:9-18 because He will then be the judge of and Warrior against this wicked world. Then later, He will judge all unsaved (“dead”) people (Revelation 20:11-15). I hope that helps. Any questions are welcomed.
