The Cost of Knowing God by A. W. Toler
This message challenged me regarding my walk with the Lord. I constantly need His help. The message helped me to see how hypocrisy can creep into my life without my realizing it, how I can drift away from the Lord and His truth while doing all the “right” things Christians generally do, and how I need to constantly stay watchful to discern attractive Christianity from actual Christianity.
While Galatians 2:20 voices my testimony, I often pray the words of Psalm 19:12-14; 139:23-24. I’m trusting the Lord to keep me from slipping even while busily involved in His service. I want Him to help me obey Proverbs 3:5, Romans 12:1-2, and
Hebrews 12:1-2.
To Him be the glory for all He is doing in my life and in your life.
