Getting To The Truth

As a Christian minister, I feel a heavy burden for lost souls, for biblically illiterate saved souls, and for spiritually dead churches that appear lively. After 57 years of walking with the Lord, the Lord has kept me focused on the biggest issue in this life (sin) and the biggest solution (salvation in Christ). All other issues are trivial in comparison. Satan is still a liar, and Jesus is still the absolute truth. It shouldn’t be difficult to decide which is desirable. The Bible is completely and unquestionably true, and we need to be like the Bereans who search the Scriptures (fact check) “to see whether these things were so” (Acts 17:11). That’s a very wise thing to do, and anything that’s said or taught outside the Bible should be fact checked or researched in order to get the truth.
